SciXchange is currently an early-stage prototype. These policies describe intended prototype behavior and may be updated before any formal public launch.
By using SciXchange, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
SciXchange is a platform for verified researchers. You must authenticate via ORCID or an institutional (.edu) email to list or request materials.
SciXchange facilitates connections between researchers. It is not a party to any material transfer. All legal responsibilities — including execution of Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) — remain between the providing and receiving parties and their institutions.
You may not use SciXchange to list or request materials that are illegal, hazardous without proper permits, or that violate your institutional policies.
By listing a material, you affirm you have the right to share it and that doing so does not violate any IP agreements with your institution or funder.
